About Us

We are John and Carol Connelly. John has been in the septic and portable toilet business since 1986. John began his career with Wileman Toilet Service with Patty and Willy Wileman in Rialto, California. They were wonderful bosses and taught me all that I know today.

In 1992, we moved to Big Bear Lake, California where we raised our 2 incredible boys. In 1993, we started Connelly Pumping Services to serve the mountain communities. We are a local owner/operator company, so our boys worked alongside us in many jobs as they grew. Our one son is now married and living in Big Bear raising their children and our other son is in the Navy as a corpsman serving our Country. We love our beautiful community, and I love being able to service them with their sanitation needs. We want to thank our customers for their continued business through the years. Our customers are truly the best. They don’t remain customers, they become friends. We are grateful for each customer.

We have been in business for over 32 years. We know this mountain very well. We specialize in portable toilet rental for construction, weddings, special events and emergencies. We have special event "boudoir" toilets, regular toilets, toilets on trailers for road work, portable sinks, 250 gallon holding tanks, handicap toilets, and 2 solar wedding toilets.

We also pump septic, holding tanks and RV’s. We service residential, business, and camps. We have been servicing the local camps for 32 years, so we probably know the location of the tanks.
